To Report a Lost or Stolen ATM / Debit Card: 

  1. Call Shazam @ 1-800-383-8000 to report the card lost or stolen. 
  2. Contact First National Bank via email or call 319-352-1340 (800-369-3629) to cancel your card. If the bank is closed, please leave your name and phone number. A bank representative will return your call during business hours. 
  3. Verify your account transactions with a First National Bank Representative. 
  4. A bank representative will process an application for a replacement card.
