First National Bank is seeking a full-time Mortgage Banker at our Waverly Main office. The ideal candidate must have experience in business development and cross-selling along with portfolio management skills. Excellent customer service skills when working with both internal and external customers is a must to succeed in this position. Requirements include a four year business degree or related experience.
Information Technology Support Specialist
A full-time Information Technology Support Specialist position is available at First National Bank. The right candidate will be responsible for setting, assisting with and maintaining the necessary procedures for the efficient and reliable operation of all Help Desk, general tasks as it relates to software support, and producing reports. Minimum two years’ experience in IT help desk or experience in IT troubleshooting a plus. This position will be located out of the Cedar Falls or Waverly Main office and the candidate must be able to travel to other branches as needed.
A full-time Account Processing (book keeping) position is available at First National Bank in our Waverly office. The ideal candidate must be able to apply excellent customer service skills when working with both internal and external customers. Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Must be detail oriented and accurate. An Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent experience is required.
A part-time Receptionist/Administrative position is available at First National Bank, Waverly Main Office. An individual with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects is desired. Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with multi-line phone system is preferred.
